Milton A. Weeks

Mr. Weeks is the Managing Director of Devin Corporation. He has worked in numerous African countries (including Liberia, Zambia, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa and Nigeria) with financial institutions in various senior level positions over a period of 25 years before returning to Liberia in 2007 to restart Devin Corporation. Mr. Weeks has a strong base in credit evaluation, financial assessment of corporate entities, financial structuring and financial modeling, and has served as Chief Executive of banks in three Africa countries (Liberia, Malawi and Nigeria). His tested managerial skills have proven a major asset in his varied assignments throughout Africa including negotiation and management in very challenging financial and economic environments. He is a director on numerous corporate boards including Du Investment Corporation, Du Development Corporation, MILCHAR Incorporated, Business Development Services & Incubator, Auriole Enterprises and serves as Chairman of the Board of Safeway Cargo Handling Services. He is a former Chairman of the Board of the National Social Security & Welfare Corporation (2009-2012), is an Executive Council Member of the Liberia Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Liberia. Mr Weeks also currently serves as Assistant Governor for Liberia for Rotary International District 9101. He is an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria; Fellow of the Institute of Credit & Risk Management, Nigeria and Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, Nigeria.

O. Natty B. Davis, II

With over fifteen years of distinguished public service at the highest level of the Liberian Government, in January 2014 Mr. Davis returned to the private sector as Sr. Partner in Devin Corporation which he co-founded along with Mr. Weeks in 1992. As former Chairman of the National Investment Commission (NIC), Mr. Davis led Government efforts to encourage, promote and coordinate investment activities in the country and also chaired the Inter-Ministerial Concession Committee, responsible for leading all large investment negotiations. He also previously served as Minister of State without Portfolio and head of the Liberia Reconstruction and Development Committee (LRDC), that led national donor coordination, formulation and implementation of Liberia?s first Poverty Reduction Strategy. He also established and led Liberia?s Philanthropy Secretariat which successfully raised over US$ 50 million through philanthropy to support the country?s health and education sector in addition to strengthening civil society capacity. Under other administrations, he served as Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry, Acting Minister of Transport and Coordinator of Liberia?s Economic Financial Management Committee (EFMC). Mr. Davis has also consulted extensively outside of Liberia in the United States, Eastern and Southern Africa.

Henry N. Brunson

Mr. Brunson is Chief Executive Officer of Safeway and is the former Manager for Air & Sea Freight at STEVFOR, Inc. He also serves as Non-executive Chairman of Devin Corporation. He has worked in the shipping industry for most of his professional career and is one of the most respected and experienced persons in the local industry. He has previously served as Marine Claims Adjustor for Lloyds of London, Denco Shipping Lines.

George B. Bright

Mr. Bright is a financial consultant with significant skills in financial modeling and evaluation. He previously worked at the African Development Bank Treasury department. He has undertaken financial consultancy engagements for various industries in Africa, the United States and South America ranging from hospitality to Energy to Financial Services. He has recently been involved in negotiations for the establishment of an IPP in Liberia and Mali.

Samuel P. Jackson

Mr. Jackson is a former Minister of State for Economic and Financial Affairs of the Republic of Liberia. He has served as a consultant to large multinationals in various sectors of the economy. He currently focuses his attention as a Development Consultant.

James B. A. Dennis

Mr. Dennis is a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Liberia. He provides consultancy services for various entities in both the public and private sector with a focus on financial advisory services.

Theo B. Dennis

Philip S. Pleiwon

Philip is the Senior Resident Consultant at Devin Corporation. He has served as project manager and consultant on various development projects. He currently focuses on investment strategies streamlining, business development and sector analysis.

Aurelius B. Weeks

Mr. Weeks is a mechanical engineer who has worked on large infrastructure projects all over the world, including various countries in Continental Europe, China, Nigeria, and the United States of America. He has been able to use his engineering skills to interface in business development initiatives in various sectors of the economy.
